Peer Groups of up to 15 members are carefully selected to ensure a well-matched group.
This size of Peer Group is big enough to offer a variety of perspectives but small enough that everyone can participate fully.
Facilitated by an experienced Backswath professional, Peer Group meetings take place several times each year in person.
